ScaleX

This course provides an in-depth look at IFC ScaleX, a program aimed at increasing access to early-stage risk capital for women-led startups in emerging markets. Implemented in collaboration with the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (We-Fi), it brings together venture capital investors, accelerators, and entrepreneurs to address funding gaps. The course highlights challenges faced by women entrepreneurs and presents strategies for creating a more inclusive investment landscape. Participants will learn about best practices in venture financing and ways to support women-led businesses. By the end of the course, learners will understand how to drive greater gender equity in startup funding.
