Public-Private Partnerships Certification Program (C3P3)

The World Bank PPP Certification Program, developed in partnership with APMG International and other multilateral development banks, aims to standardize and improve PPP performance across emerging markets and developing economies. The certification provides a common lexicon and skill set for government officials, private sector partners, infrastructure operators, lawyers, and financiers involved in PPPs. It includes a comprehensive Body of Knowledge that distills globally agreed-upon definitions, concepts, and best practices on PPPs.
