This course addresses the vulnerability of school buildings to natural disasters like earthquakes and tropical cyclones, which disrupt operations and education. It introduces two key tools developed by the World Bank’s Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery: the Roadmap for Safer and Resilient Schools (RSRS) and the Global Library of School Infrastructure (GLOSI).
