This course provides practical guidance on operationalizing the four criteria outlined in the World Bank's Disability Inclusion in Education Guidance Note (DIEGN). It focuses on using a systems approach and the World Bank framework for disability inclusion in education. The course emphasizes stakeholder engagement and the analysis of context in implementing inclusive education practices. It also covers project design activities, monitoring, and reporting for disability inclusion initiatives. Participants will explore a case study of Rwanda’s systems-approach to disability inclusion in education.
