This course introduces the theme of climate change and its impacts on human health. It explores how climate change affects health outcomes and presents key mitigation and adaptation interventions within the health sector. Participants will also learn about the World Bank’s corporate climate commitments related to health. The course provides guidance on Page 63 of 96 Official Use Only tools and support available to task teams for strengthening climate resilience, adaptation, and mitigation efforts. Additionally, it covers the climate co-benefits assessment process to help integrate climate considerations into health sector operations.
