Taking Action to Achieve Inclusive WASH

This course focuses on addressing the barriers preventing persons with disabilities from accessing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of disability-inclusive WASH and how to identify and address these challenges. This introductory course aims to accelerate progress toward achieving SDG 6 by addressing the barriers that persons with disabilities face in accessing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services. It provides learners with an understanding of the importance of disability-inclusive WASH for vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities. The course delves into the specific barriers these individuals encounter and how to identify and overcome them.
