Participants will learn how to analyze debt dynamics, conduct stress tests, assess debt sustainability relative to country-specific thresholds, and incorporate judgment in evaluating debt distress risks. Through presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises, the training will also cover debt vulnerabilities related to climate change and domestic debt financing.
