    This course explains the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) framework, which evaluates the effectiveness of a country's public financial management system. Participants learn how the framework measures and assesses different PFM components. Successful completion of the course grants a certificate after passing the final quiz.

    This course enhances understanding and application of good international practices in the governance and leadership of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). It is designed for SOE boards, management, government officials, and state ownership entities. The program aims to improve both the performance of SOEs and the state’s ownership and oversight function. Structured across 14 modules, the course provides valuable resources for the creation of regional or national SOE Academies and leadership programs. Developed jointly by the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), this course is available as an open public resource.
