    The learning program guides participants on how to design, sequence and implement business of the state – state owned enterprise reforms that can foster private sector development, by covering different angles of reforms including the starting point of reform, building a credible commitment to reform and signal to markets as well as sequencing and the different areas of reform such as ownership, market incentives and the design of compensation and potential mitigation measures.

    This program focuses on the fundamentals of job creation and prosperity. The program emphasizes the government's role in this endeavor through soft industrial policy investments and policy reforms, identified at the cluster level in collaboration with the private sector and scaled up to redefine the country’s industrial policies.
