This Program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in today’s digital world. Through a combination of courses, peer-to-peer exchange, networking opportunities, and site visits, participating countries will collaborate to develop practical, national-level action plans that reflects their specific priorities and contexts by the end of the five-day program.

In addition to these technical modules, the program offers a unique opportunity to learn from best practices of Japan, which will host this program, and lessons-learned from a wide range of policymakers and practitioners. The action planning modules on Day 4/5 will bring together all previous learnings through technical deep dives over the first three days.
